I was impressed by the impeccable customer service, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless room maintained by attentive housekeeping, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. the AC Kitchen's European-inspired breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering a delectable spread of freshly baked pastries, artisan cured meats, and more. The hotel's amenities catered to both business and leisure travelers, with a 24-hour fitness center for active guests and spacious meeting rooms for corporate events. Capella on 9, the onsite restaurant, served up delicious handmade cocktails, perfect for winding down in the evenings. Overall, my experience at AC Hotel Asheville Downtown was exceptional, and I look forward to returning for another memorable stay in the heart of this charming city.
